Comfort Guarantee is only available on foam encased, luxury foam, iComfort, or iComfort Hybrid mattresses. 120 Day Comfort Guarantee for iComfort and iComfort Hybrid mattresses, 60 Day Comfort Guarantee for foam encased or solid foam core mattress. The mattress must be protected with a mattress protector purchased from us at the time of the mattress purchase. If your re-selection mattresses is of lesser value than your original purchase, the difference will be applied as in-store credit. iComfort "comfort re-selections" must be for an iComfort or Serta model of equal or greater value. Should it be necessary to return your purchase, in-store credit (less $59 pick up fee) will be applied. There are no refunds on mattresses, pillows, or mattress protectors.
