SALES ARE FINAL- NO REFUNDS A processing fee of $75 applies to all comfort exchanges, one exchange per customer. Product must be in good condition for comfort exchange and must be free from odors, stains, and any other damage. Returns or refunds are not allowed from America's Mattress. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on any order that qualifies for a Serta money-back guarantee program. Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged and will be charged at full price when a Serta-qualified return is made. Floor models and clearance items are sold as-is.
